Author's note: This is the second chapter of the same Kailua Kona dive trip where the both of them went together as this is where the wahine reader had always wanted to go scuba diving with Logan Sargeant for the very first time however for Logan; he wasn't enthusiastic when it comes to the whole plan at first however after the dive trip--spoiler alert; he does fell back in love with scuba diving when he went on this dive trip with her.

While all of the divers quietly prepare themselves to dive into the water including Ken himself whom he also take the actual time to double check all of the dive equipments to make sure they are working well properly in general; meanwhile the both of you whom you did put on the oxygen cylinder on your back; he asked you softly thus he didn't want the others to hear the conversation which are meant to be only for the both of you, he ask softly: "Did you certainly book this trip for the both of us? I mean . . . again . . . no offense to you: Y/N; I know I should had asked you earlier in the morning when we woke up so early but . . . you know I am very grumpy this morning since I did ended up staying up late to definitely do a research on diving at Kailua-Kona from my phone last night except . . . did you actually . . . booked it for the both of us originally?" He ask quietly in order not to let the other divers hear it despite how he hears the water splashing sound from how the divers are entering into the water.
"Um . . . no offense to you though but originally: I am originally book it just for me, myself and I selfishly however since I have thoughts about you joining me after you had decided to return back to scuba diving: I have decided why not I add another scuba diver for the trip therefore I thought 'Why not?' At least it does feels so much fun to definitely have two divers than having one!" You replied in the soft-toned volume on your voice to make sure that only the both of you can hear each other talking and vice versa.
"Oh wow, I do have to admit: I just want to say . . . "thank you": Y/N." He replied to you while you blushed again, this time turning into a shade of light baby pink on your face.
"Me too but . . . mahalo too for having to tag along with me . . . Logan; for . . . having to join this trip." You whispered to him in the same volume and voice where the both of you can only hear each other throughout the whole conversation between the both of you.
He nodded with an equal amount of an unguarded; a genuine and a kind-hearted usual type of a closed lip smile towards before he place a pair of earplugs where it is connected by a transparent loop which it is attached by the ends of the earplugs before he puts on his scuba diving mask onto his face.
You nodded too while you put on your pair of fins just before you heard a splashing sound from how he did entered the water as you take a quick glance before you put on your air regular on your mouth and put on your mask onto your face just before you took a quick glance towards the horizon and eventually, you did enter into the clear blue waters with a perfect back-roll you did entered into the water before you see Logan who is waiting patiently for you as you did recognize his platinum blonde hair plus the current long-sleeved; full length black wetsuit he is currently wearing it as his actual scuba diving suit; he reaches out to you by extending his right hand towards you as you swim over towards him just as when your hand reach over to his right hand.

Exploring around the waters of Kailua-Kona does feels really fun and relaxing for the both of you; as although you did have to break away from Logan for a bit to look at the coral reefs out of silence except for the sound of your air regular where not only you can hear the deep breathing sound of your air regular but also seeing the stream of air bubbles coming out of your air regular just as you felt relaxed under the water while you went scuba diving as a long time and an experienced scuba diver for a very long time and you also fondly think about one of your best wahine friend who also does scuba diving for a period of time yet she has been your long time dive partner just before she had rekindled her love for surfing (Plus yes, both you and the same wahine best friend are also surf buddies as well as another two of your best wahine friends too as well.) And she decided to consider surfing as her permanent free time she does it now along with you and the other wahines whom all five of you are best friends unconditionally from the beginning and although she still joins you from time to time but she had also warned you about going solo diving can be extremely risky and dangerous as she remembers how so many of the experienced divers whom they had warned her about how the risks of doing solo diving aren't something to be taken lightly on both taking the actual risks of doing scuba diving alone but also having to risk yourself by undertaking an activity where there are certain risks where they shouldn't be taken lightly but rather it should be taken very seriously as scuba diving is one of those activities where there could be risks that does needed to be taken very seriously.
While you wag your right index finger with a manicured nail; a thread fin butterflyfish swims around your finger and you couldn't help but let your index right finger from your right hand plays around with the thread fin butterflyfish as it swims around just before another species of a tropical fish joins in the fun as well which is a cleaner wrasse where it does wanted to clean your right manicured index finger as it swims around the same manicured right index finger you are now wagging it to get their attention.
Logan who is now standing about a few inches away from you is now watching a green sea turtle which they are known as a honu in the Hawaiian language is now peacefully swimming pass by him and not only it does fascinate him to not only explore the underwater water for what feels like a very first time in about ages just for him; but also at the same time; he couldn't help but watched the same honu swimming past by him peacefully, you take an instant peek towards him and realized you had forgotten about the honus as you are putting in a lot of focus on the fishes where the cleaner wrasse had went back to their cleaning duties on the bigger fishes where it did swam towards the 'cleaning station' where usually it is a spa for fishes and other marine animals to get clean up from the icky parasites they do get and meanwhile the thread fin butterflyfish whom earlier it also get itself cleaned by the cleaner wrasse for a period of time had swum up to you as you give a wave to the same thread fin butterflyfish of 'Aloha and hello, welcome back' before you stared out into the endless blue horizon where you now wondered 'Hey, where did the honu go?'
He shrugged; then what appears to be another honu but this time; it does have a pair of remora fish where they are stuck onto the honu's shell as it does cleans up the honu itself just the same as the cleanser wrasse does with many of the sea creatures you had seen before are doing the 'cleaning' by removing the harmful parasites from their bodies and gills.
You couldn't help but feeling undeniably surprised about how a honu had decided to swim past by the both of you to say 'Aloha' to the both of you before it swims off to somewhere where the neither of you know where does it go from there.
Meanwhile; the both of you had held back hands again and as if it is agreeing with you and Logan to tie the knot of endless love together between the both of you, the same thread-fin butterflyfish had swim around an upward spiral motion to let the both of you know that this is where the both of you are supposed to be together endlessly out of both an undeniable and an unconditional love before it swims back to the same 'cleaning station' except it also does gets up and close towards it's own reflection on your scuba diving mask just to say a 'Goodbye' before it swims back to the same 'cleaning station' where you did found out earlier and finally the both of you swim off to an open area where eventually; you both found a school of reef manta rays swimming together in a group where the both of you had noticed it together plus whereas the both of you watched the manta rays swim around as when it does a 'dance' just as when a female manta ray as you named her 'Mahina' mentally as you think about how one of wahine best friend had been nicknamed 'mahina' which means 'moon' in the official Hawaiian language by Franco whom you are surprised about how he and Logan--the both of them are remaining good friends with each other despite how Franco did take place of Logan during the second half of the F1 season back in 2025 however both you and Logan had remained profound respect, kindness and support towards him and the same best wahine friend whom Logan hadn't expect she is dating Franco for a co-worker whom she also worked in the same bookstore as both you and her did worked together yet maintaining a genuine balance of a steady; indefinite and also an imperfectly strong yet a supporting friendship between the both of you as well as Logan's best and true friends plus all of your best friends too as well.
While one of the reef manta ray which/ where you had named it 'Mahina' had decided to get up and close between the both of you; it also led to the center of the dance of the manta rays; you couldn't help but pull Logan too into the center of the dance; you couldn't help except to stare at it in an undeniable amount of an indefinite amazement of how the manta rays are 'dancing' together by following 'Mahina'; both you and Logan had decided to do a slow dance together before you stare at your air gauge and the both of you have a very little amount of air.
