A few hours later, he arrived back home with a clean smell from the shower and the smell is so fragrant I felt as when someone sprayed a room spray on a clean; fresh scent all over the room which makes me want to inhale the scent so deeply.
Plus it also feel as when someone plugs in a wallflower with a wallflower plug from Bath and Body Works into a spare power plug then when he/she turns it on then the scent of the clean, crisp and fresh clean laundry scent is sprayed in the air from the wallflower fragrance.
“Hey Austin, wow! You smell so good which reminds of clean, fresh: crisp yet warm, comforting laundry you want to wrap it around you like a cape . . . or something like that.” I piped up while hugging him and giving a kiss on his cheek and ear.
“Oh, thank you and have you checked my email?”
“On the photo?”
“Definitely, what do you think?”
Austin's point of view
When I ask her about the photo she looks nervous just as if she is either about to laugh or either about to cry however she looks more like she tried not to laugh.
“Baby, what do you think?”
She start chuckling softly then she started laughing while all I can do is say nothing but to watch her priceless reaction on the earlier photo I have taken with my blue T707 flip phone from Sony Ericsson: I start to smile with an embarrassed yet a cringing smile on my face.
Thankfully I only managed to send the photo only to her instead of sending it to my friends—if they did see the photo then I’ll die of embarrassment for taking the most embarrassing photo on how I ended up sending it to my friends by accident.
“Oh Austin, I mean . . . I am so sorry for laughing at you about a photograph you have taken it earlier about moments ago from this morning plus I have to say the photo is nice though but . . .” She replied softly after she finished laughing.
“Oh no, no: no; sweetie! I’d think this is one of the craziest photo I have taken in my life.” I piped up except I didn't mean to interrupt her.
“I know but . . . This is a photo which does feels embarrassing a lot ever since I couldn’t visualise iron the internet plus this is something which is supposed to be private however I got to say on another note . . .”
I hold my breath; not sure what is my next move is going to be.
“But overall; I got to say . . . This may be an embarrassing photo at a point however on another note; I’d think it is cute and sweet of course, on the photo I meant!” She piped up with her serious emotion softening into a small smile on her face.
I laughed at her; except when she looked confused then I coughed plus speak “Oh, I am so sorry to laugh at you but I got to say . . . I have to agree with you at this point; I’d think the photo may look embarrassing though it does look adorable as well as brilliant too for sure!”
We both laughed at each other, subsequently I pulled her into a hug additionally after laughing; she asks me “Austin, did you remember we had something we need to remember?”
“No . . . I don't remember anything to remember from earlier: love . . .” I replied to her while I am snuggling up with her in my arms; letting her inhaling deeply on the clean, fresh; crisp and warm scent of a hot summer day on just when you hang your laundry up after you finish washing the laundry; taking them out of the washing machine plus hanging it outside on the clothing rack.
"Yeah but you still need to remember we need to pick up our families from the airport and go with our friends for the Christmas Brunch: right?"
“What? Oh no!” I protest loudly as when I disrupt the peaceful moment between the two of us.
“Oh great! How are we going to pick up your family?”
“And what about your dad? Shoot; I completely forgot about the reminder!”
“Me too!”
“What now?”
“I got to say, let’s get changed and go to the airport; fast.”
“Okay, let’s go—girl!”

Oh my goodness, I did forget about how we need to pick up our families from the airport and go meet our friends at a restaurant for the Christmas brunch.
After we get changed; we get a taxi to go the airport; then when we reached the airport: we go down and we checked all over the area.
However there is either no sign of his family or even my dad.
“Oh man, where are they?”
“I don't get it, my dad said he will arrive on the day before Christmas on the call.”
“Tell me about it, my parents are going to arrive today and all we have is nothing.”
I moaned while placing both of my hands on my knees “Ugh, I guess our parents tricked us that’s for sure.”
He bend down to look at me and spoke to me softly “Sweetie, I know your dad is coming the day before Christmas and my parents are due coming in today however let’s not give up on our plans; maybe our friends got the whereabouts on both your dad and my family.”
“Yeah, but how are we going to do it? Are we going to call our friends to find out are they with them or something like that?”
“I don't know, but let’s just call them anyway.”
We both call our friends on our matching blue T707 flip phones: Austin is going to call Brett and I am calling Michelle at this point.
“Hello?” Ask Michelle.
“Michelle, is my dad with you and the others?”
“No, but I’d think . . . wait; when is he going to California?”
“The day before Christmas Eve.”
“Then that means it is tomorrow, sweetie.”
“Oh great!” I gasp then I face palm; great—I didn't realise the day is only two days before Christmas Eve but three days before Christmas day.
“Yeah, you didn't check your calendar: didn't you?”
“No, sorry: Michelle.”
“It’s okay and can you tell Austin about the information?”
“Sure, and oh; are Austin's family is with you and the others? Maybe they are with you and the others?”
“Yes, Brett pick them up from the airport to a hotel earlier; now they are with us for the last minute Christmas shopping.”
“Oh great! I got to let him know!”
“It’s okay, Rosey let him know by his call.”
“Oh really? Thank you Michelle.”
“You’re welcome and good luck.”
“Wait; before you hang up—where are you now?”
She confirm to me they are all now at a shopping mall which is very unexpected answer for us.
“Oh and I got to let him know on the location.”
“Yep and good luck, everything will be okay; sweetie.”
“You too; Michelle: thank you plus good luck.”
As I hang up the call, Austin confirms to me he has the similar result from Rosey and at first I thought is he joking however it turns out both of them are right.
“So what now?”
“Let’s go meet up with them.”

The day before Christmas Eve
After a long and hectic day yesterday we had; it is also an amazing day thanks to us on planning the secret Santa gifts everybody; except for Austin—thankfully he told me today there are no practices due to Christmas break for three days therefore we can pick up my dad from the airport early in the morning.
Another good news I am so grateful for is Michelle and Promise—they both confirmed they're going to pick up both my dad along with Dorla from the airport and I am so excited to see all of them together.
“Austin, you’re coming?”
“No, I am still feeling tired from yesterday and I’d think you can go; can you?”
“I’d think I can and I’ll give you the time to rest ever since you are feeling tired from yesterday on the practice of volleyball; working out at the gym, the swimming and also the hectic search for your family plus the Christmas shopping on the Secret Santa gifts? You need to take a rest, sweetie pie.”
After I prepare for the day, I whisper to Austin in his ears ‘Good luck’ and peck a kiss on his cheek while I can hear him snoring softly on his side of the bed.
Later I called Promise to pick me up from the apartment building.

Luckily they managed to arrive on time; thus we can get more time to wait for the three people on arrival.
I made a silent prayer for all of them to make sure they all arrived safety at the LAX airport while they are on board.
More than an hour later, we managed to reached the airport. Now waiting at the arrival hall; I look up at the arrival on the screen especially since I am now talking about the local flight here from Seattle and New Orleans.
Thankfully the one from Seattle did manage to arrive however the flight from New Orleans might have transfers from New Orleans to California however more than an hour later; it managed to arrive safely and now we are waiting for them.
Three hours later, we heard a call from Dorla: "Hey guys!"
We all wake up and got up to take a look—there she is alongside her family who are now coming to the arrivals hall along with a tall old figure who has a greying hair is . . . my dad.
“Dorla!” We all called while we all scrambled on our feet to give her a hug.
“Guys, I missed you all so much!” She replied back to us while we all take turns to hug each other.
“And did you forget someone?” Calls a booming voice to me.
“Dad!” I called as I got up to hug him.
After an exchange of hugs and ‘I missed you’ greetings; we all decided to go down to a cafe in the airport for a delicious breakfast we all can enjoyed.
The girls [Michelle, Promise and Dorla] along with the family have a table while we [Me and my dad] we get a separate table just for us to meet up with each other.
As everybody chatters on the other table, meanwhile we on the other hand start chatting about how we are doing with our lives.
“So how is California?” He ask me.
“Good; and how is Seattle?”
“Good and I know this is too early to ask this question but . . . are you planning to study in California or do you want to go back to Seattle when it comes to school and the college you have planned on your future?”
I answer: “I . . . I don't know whether I wanted to choose Seattle or California but you know . . . I am still planning but I’ll let you know when I am ready.”
Now I am in high school in my senior year since we are now on winter break; I am just not sure whether do I want to be back home in Seattle or to be here in California.
“Well . . . if you do want to be in California then we can plan on moving down here if you didn't want to choose Seattle. I mean you look so happy to be here in California.”
“Oh I don't know; dad . . . I mean I love Seattle and all, but I also love California but then again . . . this is a really hard choice for me to make.”
“It’s okay, I am sorry for asking this question since it might be too early to ask the question though but I will let you know on what your heart truly wants and where do you truly want to choose on where are feeling  truly comfortable with.”
I nod while drinking my Mocha beverage; I am hoping I can California however Seattle is also a great place as well.
I don't know what I want but I’ll let him when I am truly ready on what my heart truly wants.

After I spend the whole day with my dad on Christmas shopping additionally an early Christmas dinner just for us [Me and my dad]; he decided to drop me off at the apartment building where we {Austin and I are living} before going back to the hotel where he booked in on six months before the month of December.
Now, we are in the living room; doing nothing but lazing around.
Now, we are in the living room; doing nothing but lazing around.
“So how is your meeting with your dad today?” Ask Austin.
“It is great, wonderful and I felt it is good to reunite with my dad.”
“Cool; so what are you going to give him?”
“I don't know; Austin.”
“I also don't know either as well however I’d think maybe you can buy him a planner or something like that?”
“How about a planner with a black leather cover?”
“Sounds like a great idea! Maybe we can look for it tomorrow?”
“Definitely!”
“Cool, let’s do this: Paula Leah.”
Then we exchanged high fives.
